Do you qualify for CCAP? (Child Care Assistance Program)

1.  Are you responsible for paying child care costs for a child under 13, or a disabled child under 18, who lives with you?
2. Do you, your spouse, and any other parents of children who live in your home, work or attend an educational or training program at least 30 hours per week?  If not participating in one or a combination of these activities, do they receive disability income?
3. Is your household’s monthly gross earned income (before any deductions from paycheck) and unearned income less than the amount listed below for your household size?

          2 people: $2150     4 people: $3162     6 people: $4173     8 people: $4363
          3 people: $2656     5 people: $3668    7 people: $4268     9 people: $4458
